Important notice for Mac SMTP Authentication Customers
The Mac email programs listed below will not send e-mail properly with SMTP Authentication enabled if you are sending email while connected to the D&E Jazzd internet service. The SMTP Authentication must be disabled for email to be sent out.
Please follow these instructions for disabling SMTP Authentication:

Please note: If you try to send email while connected to another network (like Comcast, PTD.NET, etc), you must enable the SMTP Authentication. This issue should only affect customers that may have Mac laptops and travel back and forth with different internet service providers.
