3. Click on New

4. Here you will enter your Display name. The Display name is what people will see in the from field when you send them an e-mail

5. On this screen you will select that you already have an e-mail address that you would like to use.
6. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail address field

7. Your Incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
8. The incoming (POP3) server is pop.dejazzd.com and the outgoing (SMTP) server is smtp.dejazzd.com

9. On this screen you will enter in your USERNAME (Ex. jdoe.dejazzd.com OR jdoe@dejazzd.com)
(Note: New customers & converted users as of January 3, 2006 use @dejazzd.com, users in Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas use .dejazzd.com, and all other area users use @dejazzd.com)

10. You will also enter in your password.

11. On this screen it will ask you what you would like to name the mail account that you created. This can be anything that you like, but we would suggest mail.dejazzd.com or your e-mail address.
