Outlook 4.5 Rules Setup

D&E Jazzd recommends that if you have a PowerPC Macintosh computer or faster that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5 and Outlook 5.

To download an upgraded version, goto www.microsoft.com and click on downloads, once there do a search for the program.

1. Click on TOOLS
2. Click on Mail Rules

3. Click on New

4. On this screen you will enter the criteria for your mail rule.
In this example all mail coming from support@dejazzd.com is set the title to RED and is moved to a folder call important mail.
5. Once you have your MAIL RULE entered click on OK.

6. From this screen you can add, delete, or edit your rules.
7. Once you have finished make your mail rules you can just close this screen.
