Outlook 4.5 Additional IDs Setup

D&E Jazzd recommends that if you have a PowerPC Macintosh computer or faster that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5 and Outlook 5.

To download an upgraded version, goto www.microsoft.com and click on downloads, once there do a search for the program.

You can set up a new Identity for other users or e-mail address.

1. Click on TOOLS
2. Click on Change Current User

3. Click on Yes

4. Click on New User

5. On this screen you will enter your username.dejazzd.com.

6. As a new account you will click on NO.

7. On this screen you will just click on OK.

8. In the account name you will enter your e-mail address
9. The account type is POP

10. On this screen you will enter your account information.
11. Your name goes in the FULL NAME field
12. E-mail address in the e-mail address field
13. SMTP server is mail.dejazzd.com
14. Account ID will be your username.dejazzd.com
15. POP server is mail.dejazzd.com
16. You also have the option to save your password. If you do NOT save you password you WILL have to enter your password every time you check you mail.
17. The Account name should be the persons name or there e-mail address.
