Email Programs

The Email program used by most people is decided upon personal perference or a corporate rule. The most popular email programs used today are: Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, and Pegasus. Most of them are available on PC or MAC operating systems.

If you would rather not worry about a specific email program, you can use web based mail programs. D&E Jazzd uses a program called Webmail. Go here for support on Webmail.

D&E Jazzd recently implemented Brightmail Anti-Spam and Virus protection for all email addresses.  This section has the options available with the anti-spam feature, how to change them, and how to notify Brightmail of missed Spam or of false positives (messages filtered that a customer thinks should not be filtered).  Click here to go to this section.

> Email Address Manager
Use the Email Manager in the Member's Account Managment Section to establish additional email addresses for your account.  You may also change email address passwords and SPAM settings here.
(Note: you will need your username, password, and PIN to use the email manager)
