Setting up D&E Jazzd Dial-up Service with the CD
 The D&E Jazzd software is a small front end program that makes it easy
to access your email and web browser. The software requires a PC with Windows 98 or higher. Click here for assistance setting up Macintosh and other operating systems.

Windows Vista is not compatible with the Dialup CD at this time. Please call customer service at 1-877-905-2993, just choose option 1 to setup an account over the phone. Please click here for the Vista walk through or call tech support for help setting up the connection on the PC.
Note: Only use CDs marked with the codes Q-1, Q-V5 and Q-V6.
CDs marked with XP-1, NS-3, NS-4, J-6, ME-M, ME-M2, ME-M3 are outdated and are not
recommended to be used.
