D&E Communications Co-Location offers leased rack space, redundant power and a reliable Internet connection. We also offer both fixed, and metered bandwidth.

> What we provide

D&E Co-Location provides the customer a secure, climate-controlled location to house their servers, with a reliable connection to the Internet.  D&E provides the rack, bandwidth, and power, but does not install or maintain the customer’s equipment.  The customer has 24x7x365 access to the facility, as well as, both physical and remote access to their equipment.

> Contract Terms

1, 3, & 5-year contracts are available. However, the pricing does not change with the duration of the contract.

> Enhanced Support Services (add-ons)

Enhanced support services can be used as an add-on for co-located hosting customers.  With these services, the level of additional service can range from enhanced monitoring to becoming the customer’s IT department.  The customer can sign a support contract with Systems Integration, entitling them to a contracted amount of service hours each month.

We offer full cabinets (44U), half cabinets (21U), and 1-of-3 compartment cabinets (14U).

> Bandwidth Offerings

We offer both fixed, and metered bandwidth.  With fixed bandwidth the customer can choose the size of their pipe (10Mb, 20Mb, 30Mb, 40Mb, 50Mb), and pay a dedicated rate each month, regardless of their usage. Metered bandwidth is burstable to a predetermined ceiling that is set by the customer. With metered bandwidth, the customer only pays for the bandwidth that they use. This is based on average incoming and outgoing traffic, over the period of one month.

> Total Square Footage

We currently have 2,150 square feet of raised floor space available with this phase of the facility. When the whole facility is built out (phase 2), we will have approximately 4,000 square feet of raised floor space.

> What we provide

• At this time, in phase 1 of our co-location site, we have a 2 - N Power System. It consists of 2-125KVA Liebert UPS Systems. We will be installing additional UPS Systems as needed.
• We have an N + 1 Air Conditioning system, which consists of 2 – 25 Ton A/C Units. (This system will be added to when needed.)
• At this time we have a 250 KW Generator system.
• The raised floor area has a Fire Alarm Suppression system above and below the floor.  We use FM-200 as the gas agent.
• We have a proximity door access system on all entrance and exit doors in the facility, and into the raised floor area.  We also have a proximity reader at the entrance gate coming in off Akron road.
• We have camera security in and outside the building.
• All of our systems are monitored 24x7x365 in our state of the art NOC Center.
• This new facility has diverse-path fiber, which allows us to up to a gigE (Gigabit Ethernet)
